1. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No, we are an online-only store. All purchases can be made through our website for your convenience.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3.How does KOKO installment payment work?

10. Are your bedding products machine washable?

Yes, most of our bedding is machine washable. Please check the individual product care instructions for best results.

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item, with photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
